My download is stuck at installing android

Downloads get stuck at 99%2. Latest version of Play store Many times while downloading or installing apps, it gets stuck after downloading 99%, in this case a Chrome update. It keeps on trying to download the last 1% but keeps failing, nothing happens. Perfectly fine and fast internet, yet this frequently happens.  · I started seeing this same activity with my new Note 9 after I installed the Alexa app to it (after troubleshooting it for 2 days, resetting phone, trying every fix I found on internet, etc.). Once I uninstalled Alexa and restarted my phone, the problem seemed to go away and apps are installing .

Nexus 6p running Android (not rooted). After the app reaches % I close the play store (swipe it away from recent apps) and start it again, it'll install and download the next app and get stuck at % of the next app. I am repeating the process to download the updates but it is by no means a fix to the problem. Resume the download and after origin verifies the game files (it will just say resuming for a long time) you will find the game will instantly skip to the installing stage. EDIT: if your download is stuck and no folder was created go to the folder in step 1 and create the folder eg Medal of Honor Pacific Assault (origin doesn't add special. In terms of downloads getting stuck, my experience is that it’s often related to a first attempt at downloading that fails because of a flakey Internet connection, you being on the move when you tried the download, etc. Fortunately, the cause doesn’t really matter because the solution is generally the same: clear your cache, try again.
